Once agency has the information/documentation exposed in steps 1 to 4, agency starts the process for authorization of behavioral assessment with the insurance.

If the insurance authorizes the behavioral assessment. Agency contacts client and parent/caregiver to perform the Initial Assessment.

After the Behavioral Assessment is completed. The agency sends it to insurance for review.

Insurance sends back its decision. If approved, services are initiated.
1 Contact the agency at any step of the process if unsure of how to proceed. We will work alongside you during this journey.
2 PCP Referral may not be accepted by insurance if PCP is an APRN.
3 Agency is currently accepting any insurance plan under Full Medicaid.
4 Examples of qualifying diagnosis ASD and ADHD. Examples of accepted evaluations are detailed psychological or neurological evaluations.
