Private Group Training
*We are working toward becoming a BACB Authorized Continuing Education Provider so that we can offer professional-development opportunities for RBTs to earn PDUs. Behavioral Effects Inc. is not currently representing itself as an active BACB ACE Provider, and RBT PDUs are not currently available through these planned events.
What We Offer
Our instructor-led training programs combine clear instruction, practical examples, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and competency evaluation. Training opportunities are available for individual participants, private groups, and organizations seeking to improve staff preparedness and professional skills.

Learn how to recognize and respond to common medical emergencies. Training includes CPR techniques, appropriate use of an Automated External Defibrillator, and essential first aid skills. Participants receive guided instruction, demonstrations, and opportunities to practice the required skills.

Professional Crisis Management training prepares participants to recognize the early signs of a developing crisis and respond using prevention, de-escalation, crisis-intervention, and post-crisis reintegration strategies. Training includes instruction, demonstration, guided practice, and competency evaluation.

Recertification training is available for eligible participants who need to review essential PCM principles, demonstrate continued competency, and renew their certification. Eligibility and course requirements will be confirmed before registration.

Behavioral Effects Inc. provides private training options for ABA agencies, schools, clinics, healthcare organizations, businesses, and other professional teams. Contact us to discuss the requested training, number of participants, preferred dates, and training location.

Behavioral Effects Inc. is working toward becoming a BACB Authorized Continuing Education Provider. Once authorization is received, we plan to offer qualifying professional-development events through which eligible RBTs may earn PDUs. Course availability and registration information will be announced after authorization is received.

Attend the scheduled course and participate in the required instruction, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and competency activities.
4. Receive Your Certification
Participants who successfully complete all applicable course requirements receive the corresponding certification or course documentation.
